One of the best heating and air experiences I've had in my lifetime. The owner is honest and cares about his clients. During the frigid January weather, my mother and I lost heat in cold, freezing weather. Our regular service provider left us a week without any resolution on fixing the unit. Through our insurance agency, they recommend this company. From the first day of meeting the owner, I felt he understood my problem and was committed to fixing it. After installing my new unit, I had the best night's sleep in this two-week ordeal. I appreciate them and the workers who made that night possible. Highly recommend. It’s good to have someone trustworthy and reasonably priced to call on. Our emergency heat went out during one of the coldest temps of the year. I called Jim and he immediately came out that morning. He quickly found the problem and the part was covered under warranty. Was told that he would pickup the part up the next day. Tim came out the following day and quickly installed.

I have known Jim for a few years. I have an extremely old AC unit that he has served a few times over the years. Well my heat exchanger in the unit cracked in multiple locations (the last week of November). We got an estimate from Jim and four other estimates. He was by far the most reasonable with pricing. I called him on Friday around 10am. He was done installing everything by 3pm. He is accommodating and quick to action.Very happy and great customer service!!!

Very prompt and quick response at a very reasonable price. I called at least 10 other places, and being the day after a holiday (Independence Day), I only got the run around or sky high emergency hours pricing. Jim answered the phone on the 2nd ring and was at my house in 35 minutes. Jim and his associate were very nice, and explained what was going on with my unit and had it fixed in 20 minutes. I expect A LOT from all services I pay for, and these guys exceeded my expectations while I only got the run around from the other companies. Will definitely use them for my hvac services going forward.
